Cancellation Policy
.No Walk-ins are allowed. We work strictly with appointments. .Bookings are made on the website. .A non-refundable deposit of R100 is required to secure the appointment.' .The deposit will be included in your final payment. .Please pay your deposit immediately after booking (less than 10min). .Please send POP on WhatsApp. .Final Payment can be completed either with EFT/Cash. .Please book all the service you will need, e.g. Soak off + Mani/Pedicure. .Grace Period is 10 min, failure to do so it will result in your deposit being forfeited. . If you need our services outside working hours, you will be charged after hours fee of R150 on top of the service fee. .Please call if you need directions. Please note that the cancellations are made 48hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in deposit being forfeited. You are able to reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will be viable for two weeks from the date of reschedule.
